ONLINE SHOPPING POLICY You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of seven days after you receive the goods. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to us by hand or post, fax or email, at the address, fax number or email address shown below, giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery. If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost. The goods must be returned to the address shown below. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. Once you have notified Octopus Sport Ltd that you are cancelling the contract, Octopus Sport Ltd will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods excluding delivery costs. If you do not return the goods as required, Octopus Sport Ltd may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods. You do not have the right to cancel the contract under this clause if the order is for products which have been unsealed or used by you. For goods that have been printed, engraved or similarly modified with a specific overprint, logo, text, image or other device at your specific request( e.g. promotional pen with your company logo printed). Your right to return of goods will be limited to only the return of faulty or damaged items only. We will make every effort to supply proofs and samples prior to production. On certain production runs it is not always possible to supply an exact quantity and "unders" or "overs" may be supplied, this will be limited to a maximum of 15% - any "unders" will not be charged for, any "overs" will be charged for on a pro rata basis.
